gl.tch
Ryan Frigault, aka gl.tch, aka DJ STUD400: I've always been a fan of music, in general, and I love how people react and are moved by it. As a dance music DJ, I'm inspired by: new wave, disco, funk, industrial, and all forms of modern electronic dance music. Playing anything from downtempo, to electro, to house, to full-on party tunes, I'll give you the perfect soundtrack for the occasion. Mash-ups, overdubs and effects, combined with an aggressive mixing style engage both the minds and the feet of my audience. With gl.tch in the system, things will never be the same.

Systematik
Systematik was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia and has been living and DJ’ing in Toronto for the last 5 years. He first got into the electronic music scene listening to one of his friends “Meditation” Jungle/Drum’n’Bass CD’s back in 1996 while living in Heidelberg, Germany. Having previously listened mostly to hip-hop, this became his new passion and once back in Halifax, Systematik began to expand his tastes to other forms of electronic music such as breakbeats. Nowadays, he known by many for his ability to bring the funk and his aggressive and technical anti-pop, hip-hop mixing style and has many influences ranging from DJ Shadow, Peanut Butter Wolf and Del tha Funkee Homosapien all the way to the Plump DJ’s, the Freestylers and DJ Hype. DJ’ing for roughly the last 6 years he has been a regular fixture at many venues in Toronto throwing down funky beats and dirty basslines with both Eclectic Groove and Kazoku Productions. He is passionate about all great music, and has recorded and released mixes within many genres of music including Downtempo/TripHop, DeepHouse, ElectroHouse, FunkyBreaks and NuSkoolBreaks; and is known by his Aliases: Smokey Wellington (Deep House) and Kyle Dooya (Electro House). Systematik will never limit himself to playing any particular types of music, and therefore will continue to bring more diversity to the decks, as well as the art of music production, in the near future. If it makes your head nod, puts a grin on your face, and makes you wanna dance like noone is watching, then you can expect to hear Systematik throwing it down at a venue near you.
